There are a number of levels at which individuals and companies can become involved with and support educational events organised by Thalassaemia International Federation. These different levels of sponsorship can be categorised as follows:
Below is a breakdown of costs and benefits for the different sponsorship packages.
Silver Sponsor package:
The Silver Sponsor package offers to you and your organisation/company the high visibility and advertising opportunities throughout TIFs educational events. Take a step up from the traditional exhibiting strategy and get your company in the spotlight!
A. Function Activities:
The following services available to Silver Sponsors during the Function:
- Track Session Speaking Slot – A technology related presentation (of 10 minutes) will be delivered (whenever possible) by you or your organisation/company at a scheduled session within the Function.
- Full Function Registrations – You or your organisation/company will receive three full Function Registrations free of charge.
- Reduced Function Registrations – You or your organisation/company will receive a 25% discount on three additional Function Registrations.
- Function Sign Posting – Your or your organisation’s/company’s logo will be displayed on sign posting throughout the function.
B. Advertising Activities:
The advertising available will provide to Silver Sponsors with the opportunity for exposure prior to and throughout
the entire Function’s duration (deadlines apply).
- Press Announcements – Your organisation’s/company’s will be included in the above Function pre-show press announcement, indicating your Silver Sponsorship status.
- On-site Advertisement – A one quarter-page advertisement (premium place), and an expanded 75 word description, will be reserved for you or your organisation/company.
- WWW.Posting – You will receive acknowledgement as a Silver Sponsor on the Website of the Function.
The Silver Sponsor package is limited to twenty individuals or organisations/companies Your Investment is 20,000 US $
Gold Sponsor package:
Participating as a Gold Sponsor offers you the opportunity to raise your profile at a certain Function with a combination of promotional, onsite visibility and content-related benefits as follows:
A. Key Activities:
Official Function Bag Filler: Be in the hands of every Full Function attendee by including two pieces of
your Company’s literature in the function bag distributed at registration, covering:
- General company information, and/or
- Selected scientific information
- Keynote Exposure – Your or your organisation’s/company’s logo, looped before and after all keynotes.
- Track Session Speaking Slot – A technology related presentation will be delivered by you or your organisation/company at a scheduled session within the Function (whenever possible)
- Full Function Registrations – You or your organisation/company will receive three full Function Registrations free of charge.
- Reduced Function Registrations – You or your organisation/company will receive a 25% discount on six additional Full Registrations.
- Function Sign Posting – Your or your organisation/company logo will be displayed on sign posting throughout the function.
- Exhibit Space – You can select an exhibit space in an advantageous location.
- Aisle Sing posting – your or your organisation/company logo will be displayed on one of the aisle signs of the Function.
- Official Function Bag
- Function Portfolio
- Badge Pocket and Lanyard
- Registration Area and Pocket Agenda
- Keynote Speaking Slot – You or your organisation/company will present one of the Function Keynotes.
- Keynote seat drops – one electronic (disc, CD, DVD) and/or printed (collateral paper) media will be placed on each seat during your company’s Keynote.
- Keynote Exposure – Your or your organisation/company logo will be looped before and after all Keynotes.
- Exhibit Space – You may select an exhibit space in an advantageous location.
- Aisle Sing posting – your or your organisation/company logo will be displayed on one of the aisle signs of the Function.
- Meeting Space – A private meeting space, located next to the exhibit space, will be assigned (if possible).
- Print Campaign – Your or your organisation’s/company’s logo will be placed in two different publications.
- Press Announcements – your or your organisation’s/company’s name will be included in the Function’s pre-show press announcement, indicating its Sponsorship status above.
B. Function Activities:
The Following services available will provide the opportunity to have the highest level of exposure to
all function attendees, including:
C. Location Activities: The following location services are available to Gold Sponsors during the Function:
D. Advertising Activities:
The advertising available will provide exposure opportunities for your organisation/company, prior to
and throughout the entire function’s duration.
E. Press Announcements:
Your organisation’s/company’s or your name will be included in the above Function pre-show press
announcement, indicating your Sponsorship status.
F. Attendee Brochure:
Your organisation/company or you will receive a highly visible logo placement on the function brochures.
G. On-site Advertisement:
Premium placed, one half-page advertisement and an expanded description of about one hundred words, will be reserved for you or your organisation/company.
H. WWW.Posting:
You will receive acknowledgement as a Gold Sponsor on the above Function’s Website.
I. Function Mailing:
You or your organisation/company will be given the opportunity to mail those with confirmed
registration and, in addition, to post-show attendees with a one-time blind mailing.
The Gold Sponsor package is limited to five individuals or organisations/companies,
Your Investment is 50,000 US $
Platinum Sponsor package:
Platinum Sponsor will have the opportunity to enjoy the most desirable and effective promotional elements of the specific TIFs Function, and will receive the highest level of support from TIF. The elements which comprise this class of sponsorship are exclusive to Platinum Sponsors.
A. Key Activities:
As an Official Function Sponsor, your organisation/company will receive unsurpassed recognition with your logo prominently placed on one of the following locations:B. Function Activities:
The services available to Platinum Sponsors will provide them with the opportunity of the highest
level of exposure to all function participants, including:

The advertising activities available to Platinum Sponsors will provide opportunities for exposure prior to and throughout the
entire Function’s duration.
I. Attendee Brochure:
Your organisation/company or you will receive a premium logo placement on the
function brochures.
J. On-site Advertisement:
One full-page advertisement (in an advantageous place) and an expanded 150 word description
ill be reserved for you or your organisation/company.
K. WWW.Posting:
You will receive acknowledgement as a Platinum Sponsor on the above Function’s Website.
L. Function Mailing:
You or your organisation/company will be provided with details of the Mailing to those who have confirmed
registration, and those participating in the Function, with a one-time blind mailing.
The Platinum Sponsor package is limited to five individuals or organisations/companies
